(1) Working hours for submitting trigrams: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00 (any trigrams submitted after 17:00 on a working day will be accepted on the next working day)

(2) After 17:00, we do not accept any gua including expedited gua.

(3) Divination and value-added services are not available on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and public holidays.

(3) After 17:00, we do not accept any gua including expedited gua.

(5) Divination of the day: If the customer’s own personal reasons for missing the time given to choose the day, are required to re-divination of the day, and re-given over the red.
